You don't have to be good at Yoga to practice Yoga.
You don't need to be flexible or be able to meditate.
Yoga guides you to be 'good' at being you.
It's a practice of self-enquiry.
It's how you feel in a pose.
It's exploring how you want to move.
It's learning that your body can move in different directions and shapes.
It's realising that you can be a 'movement person'.
It's about learning and accepting who you are.
It's being kind to your body and with your thoughts.
